For in stock items only our shipping lead time is 1 working day after receipt of your order.  The method of shipping is Federal Express Ground.  Federal Express Ground orders can be in transit from 1 to 5 days depending on the customers US location.  Any personalized items ordered will take longer.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order to receive personalized item.  Our shipments originate from our Charlotte, NC distribution center.
